为了对建筑物和建筑构件的隔声性能进行评价，合理确定隔声性能等级，制定本标准。本标准适用于建筑物和建筑构件的空气声隔声和撞击声隔声的单值评价和性能分级。按本标准进行建筑物和建筑构件的空气声隔声和撞击声隔声评价，其所用原始数据的测量方法应按现行国家隔声测量标准执行。隔声评价除应符合本标准外，尚应符合其他有关国家现行标准、规范的规定
