本标准规定了配线系统元件的分类。根据配线系统的能力分为:

(a)在着火条件下保持电路完整性规定的时间;
(b)保持电路完整性,以防止出现指定严重程度的机械损坏。

AS3013电缆系统耐火极限测试  –测试简介

 耐火测试
电缆放在电缆架上,然后悬吊在一个混凝土楼板下面,面对火源燃烧120分钟。在此过程中,
电缆是通电的,需要监测电路的回路通畅与否。紧接着,样板又会安装到喷淋设备上,喷水
3分钟,也需要监测电路是否通畅。

冲击切割测试
电缆被设定在三种不同的温度环境下进行撞击测试,需要监控电路是否通畅。使用专用刀具进行逐步加压切割测试,记录切断电路的最大力量。
