The administrative committee of Zhongguancun Science Park recently enacted a "one plus four" support policy to help develop Beijing into a center of science and technology innovation.

 

"One" refers to the support policy to bolster the construction of a platform for major innovative projects in Beijing‘s Zhongguancun Science Park.

 

"Four" refers to four management measures -- funds used to subsidize services for startups and talents; improve the innovation environment; promote the integration of technology and finance; and facilitate the synergic development of all branches of Zhongguancun National Demonstration Zone in Beijing.

 

The new policy has been implemented according to the requirements of high-tech projects settled in the zone and aims to create an area for high-tech and emerging industries.
